This must-do activity combines the thrill of caving and river tubing, offering an unforgettable journey through nature's wonders. Starting from Belize City, enjoy a scenic one-hour drive west to the national park of No’och Che’n. Upon arrival, you'll find large and spacious changing and restroom facilities. It is highly recommended wearing water shoes for a comfortable hike, which are also available for rent from vendors in the park. Once you're ready, you'll be provided with headlights, life jackets, and tubes. Before starting the tour, it is advised using sunscreen and insect repellent, depending on the weather. Your adventure begins with a 30-minute hike under the rainforest canopy to the cave entrance. A trained tour guide will accompany you, ensuring your safety and pointing out significant plants and trees along the way. Upon reaching the cave system, you'll gear up with your life jacket and headlight before sitting on the tubes in the river. The entire group will be connected with ropes to form a tube chain, allowing you to float together through the caves. The water, with its constant refreshing temperature, allows for a relaxed and leisurely journey.
